I really enjoyed my stay, especially since everything is just a few steps away like the Civic Centre and Lago Nahuel Huapi, perfect for leisurely walks and park views. the breakfast was better than most with delicious pastries and fresh fruits, making it a great way to start my days.

The location shines, right in the heart of Bariloche. Easy access to local attractions made it a convenient spot for exploration. The breakfast impressed me with delicious pastries and a variety of fresh fruits. a great way to start the day. However, the room showed its age with worn flooring and poor sound insulation, making it hard to ignore street noise. The pool area looked fantastic, but I found the gym facilities to be a big letdown due to outdated and non-functional equipment. Also, no parking was available, which was a hassle when arriving in the city.

I had a delightful experience at Hotel Cristal. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the hearty breakfast, which included delicious pastries, fresh fruits, and a variety of options. The location was excellent, with shops and the lake just a short walk away.

Wifi can be slow.

Staying at Cristal was a mixed bag. The pool? Absolutely fantastic! Breakfast had delicious pastries, but the cleanliness could be better. Be prepared for a bit of noise from the street and no AC in the summer, though. A decent place if you’re not too picky!

Just a heads up, I didn’t find bathrobes right away when I needed them, but overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊

It was just a nice choice for a date night in San Carlos de Bariloche with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were super helpful, unexpectedly accommodating my late checkout with a smile. Consider visiting the local restaurants for incredible dining options nearby.
